The Guest Obsessed Survey is a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Checkers and Rally’s. The survey asks customers to rate their experience at Checkers and Rally’s on a variety of factors, including food quality, service, and cleanliness. Customers who complete the survey are eligible to receive a coupon for a free meal.

Here are the rules for the Guest Obsessed Survey:

• You must have a receipt from a Checkers or Rally’s restaurant in order to participate in the survey.
• The receipt must have a 20-digit survey code printed on it.
• You can only complete the survey once per receipt.
• The survey must be completed online.
• The survey must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date.
